Red Vend is committed to creating a strong relationship with Indigenous people and communities.

Steps to achieving these commitments are to:

- Develop partnerships between the mining industry and Indigenous communities, to help improve the livelihoods of Indigenous people

- Develop relationships with Indigenous communities to learn and better understand the richness and uniqueness that is Indigenous culture

- Encourage Indigenous people to apply for positions at Red Vend

- Establish an Indigenous training program, in conjunction with Indigenous communities

- Improving senior management understanding of key Indigenous issues through training and communication with Indigenous communities
